A one day event!
10:00 am—2:00 pm (bring a sandwich)

Father Richard Mayberry, our priest affiliate, will be offering an orientation class designed to acquaint newcomers with St. Paul's Parish and the Episcopal Church in general. The class will also function as an Inquirer's Class for those adults considering being confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church.

The topics we will look at are: What is an Episcopalian?; The Sources of Episcopal Church Beliefs; The Prayer Book; The Eucharist: customs, actions, postures; the Holy Bible, etc. Also "Catholics with Catholics": we have many Roman Catholic newcomers and a Roman Catholic priest who is now a member of St. Paul‘s will be with us to discuss the differences between the two churches and to answer questions.

This class will be an excellent time to ask all those questions that you have had in the back of your mind concerning the Episcopal Church and its beliefs and practices. Long time members of the parish are equally welcome, of course.

Contact Father Mayberry at 203-255-7570 with any questions.
