Every Member Canvass Kickoff
St. Paul’s is launching our 2014/15 Every Member Canvass on Sunday October 5th with a message on “Living Wholly”. The canvass to ascertain your 2015 financial pledge will continue until In-Gathering Sunday on November 9th. This year, we seek a renewed sense of what it is to be whole, to “Live Wholly” personally and as a community of faith. You are a key part of St. Paul’s and as such we need everyone to fully participate and generously sup-port our life, together, in Christ. “Living Wholly” is only achieved when everyone is “all in.”
Young singers in second grade and above are welcome to prepare for eventual membership in the St. Paul’s Choir by joining the Probationer Choir. Rehearsals will be on Thursdays from 4:30-5:15 pm (at least initially). If you are interested in enrolling your child, please contact John Abdenour, or just show up on Thursday in the choir room!
Donate used clothing that's still in good condition for kids of all ages. A few extra edibles fit in your shopping cart each week helps feed families at our partner parish San Lucas y San Pablo and St. John’s Episcopal Church in Bridgeport. One full size bed and several twin beds, along with men’s clothing (especially jeans) are needed for St. John's Family Center. Monetary Donations for school supplies are always welcome.
